Case
tmgo — a freight exchange platform
A two-sided platform built by the holding: shippers post loads, carriers — from solo drivers to fleets — bid for a trip instead of calling around blind.
The problem
In freight, deals get made by phone and through middlemen: no way to compare bids, no way to check a carrier, paperwork scattered across chats. There was no transparent place where a load, a bid and a trip lived together.
What we built
We built an exchange: a shipper posts a load, carriers — solo drivers and fleets alike — bid on it, and a dispatcher verifies documents and the fleet. Each side gets its own cabinet, chat and a mobile app with live trip status.
