Case

tmgo — a freight logistics platform

An internal product of the holding: orders, trucks, trips and documents in one place instead of spreadsheets and chats.

The problem

A trip was arranged over chats and spreadsheets: the order in one thread, the truck in another, the paperwork in the driver's hands. Nobody saw the whole picture.

What we built

Orders, trucks and trips, their statuses and documents now live in one interface. A dispatcher runs a trip from request to closing, a manager sees the load.

How we work

A process without surprises

We study the problem
We look at how the work is done today and where time is lost. The scope is written down.

We ship a working slice
The first thing we build is the part you can already use. Then it grows piece by piece, not in one big launch.

We deploy to production
Builds, tests and deployment are automated. An update does not require stopping the work.

We keep it running
The source code and the access go to the client. Support runs on a contract, with no lock-in to one vendor.

We show no outcome numbers yet: the company was founded in 2026 and the first external projects are still running. We show what we are accountable for.

A young team with grown-up problems

Altyn San is the IT arm of the Altyn holding. We automate the group's processes and build products for external clients. The holding's internal systems are our daily work, not a showcase.
